Grotte des Demoiselles

Grotte de Labeil
Grotte de Labeil is the southernmost of the Larzac caves. It is traversed by an underground river whose origin is still unknown.
It was the presence of this water that attracted the first humans 5000 years ago. Traces of their passage (pottery, burials, ornaments, etc.) have been found in the cave.
What strikes you immediately when you visit the cave is the variety of shapes and the diversity of colors.
